Application now uses LOCALE_SDECIMAL variable to get proper decimal separator character.

Bug repaired on 04/13/2003:

Fixed load conversion error. You can define load in English units now. Everything seems to be OK now.

NOTE: Only Czech libraries are built-in, you can define libraries, shapes and materials (see Help). If you have libraries in text, XLS or any other readable format, send it to me. I will convert it for you.

AISC, DIN, EC, ONORM steel specificatons. Shape libraries (Choose Load from file) - C,MC,P,L,SQT,S,X,XX,W,M,HP,WT,ST,T.
NOTE: All libraries are saved in metric units.
