The program will enable you to define nozzle-based roll or slab cooling. You can define your own database of nozzles, by means of which you can spray the slab or roll. On the basis of the input parameters, the program will compute the distribution of the coolant on the slab or roll and will enable you to display the chart of Spray Pattern on the Object, Spray Pattern on the Surface, Coolant Distribution, and you can also generate the Report to the HTML file. The program uses 3D graphics library to display the nozzle configurations and the results.The Project Wizzard will help you to create new project.

Input parameters

• type of the cooled object (rectangular or cylindrical)
• dimensions of the cooled object
• positions of bars and nozzles

Results:

•  Spray Pattern on the Object (on the slab or roll)
•  Spray Pattern on the Surface (on the slab or roll)
• Coolant Distribution
• You can print or save report as HTML file. Here you can find examples of generated reports for slab and roll.
