
This program will enable you to compute temperatures on the surface and inside the rolling roll, temperature field of the roll cross-section, change in diameter owing to heating, and spray pattern when plate rolling. The program can use boundary conditions obtained from experiments. (visit our www.heatlab.cz)
The work roll can consist of more than one kind of material. The configuration of the rolls, bars, and nozzles is shown in the 3D preview. The program can play any project in the 3D animation mode. Cooling HTC can be set in three different ways. The program sets automatically the parameters of the mesh. Material and nozzle database are editable. Two types of HTC editor are included.
