There are four four-bed rooms two double rooms and one five-bed room, all with possibility of an additional bed. All rooms are with a bath, WC and a kitchen (with dishes, cooker and refrigerator). There is common room for our gests. There is a child's corner and a table for table tennis in the garden. Parking is in front of the house. There are three grocery shops in a village.

Good for:

Ideal condition for tourism, hiking, cycling , picking mushrooms, possibility of horse-back riding. There is sports hall, gymnasium, fitness, tennis courts, volleyball court and minigolf in the village. Steam engine station is in the distance of 4 km. You can take train ride through the nature park Czech Canada. Swimming is possible in nature bathing establishment - Komorník, Zvůle, Osika. Aquaparks are in Jindřichův Hradec and Dačice. In winter you can ski in Mrákotín, Nová Bystřice and Dolním Radíkov.

There are a lot of historical sites in this area:
