The removal of unattractive cutaneous excrescence, pigment naevuses,
birth marks, hyper-pigmentation (cutaneous marks)
A clinical checkup will always diagnose the correct form of treatment.
It all depends on character, visage, level of pigmentation and the
pathology of the cutanous form.
We recommend the removal to be done regularly in the case of
changes (size, clour, sensetivity). Pigmentation that keeps getting
larger, itches and its pigmentation changes does deserve immediate
notice!!!
95 % of pathologic skin changes tend to be benign and are removed
cosmetically – without surgery, i.e. without incision or stitching
(radiofrequential device, laser). The advantage of radiofrequential
removal is the possibility of histological diagnosis. We provide
histological diagnosis regularly alongside with each operation apart
from hyperpigmentation (liver-sposts).
In rare cases, usually out of neglect, where the appropriate
diagnosis had not been provided, originaly benign cutaneous changes
transform into sarcoma. In these cases the cosmetic approach is
strictly excluded and surgical removal is necessary – the width
and depth of the incision depending on the level of neglect.
In case of skin transformation of uncertain nature it is appropriate
to undertake consultation with a clinic dermatologist, and dermatoscopic
diagnosis which is performed at our clinic and on this basis of
which correct form of treatment is chosen.
In the case of positive histological findings we guarantee further
examination of the case and checking with the possibility of carrying
on with individual treatment at our special ambulance.
