Celulitis
Celulitis is a disease which has become hereditary throughout
our civilization; it has many things in common with varicose veins,
these being the cause of celulitis itself. Together both diseases
affect 70 % of the population.
The original cause of both is the insufficiency of the binding
tissue – the mesenchym. This leads to a disorder of the elastic
and colagene tissues thus losing flexibility and quality of the
skin.
By increasing the storage of fat in the subcuteanous area, the
subcuteanous area begins to overfill with fat cells leading to the
compression of capillars. If this pressure is present for a longer
period of time, blood ceases to circulate and the veins begin to
transform fibrotically and sclerotically into ligamentary bands
which keep contracting and create areas of contracted skin known
under the term of "orange peel".
Together with the restriction of blood circulation in the subcutaneous
area, toxins from nutrient transformation begin to bind with fatty
cells thus resulting in irremoveable defects. By decreasing the
veinal – vascular layer, the skin becomes less firm, less elastic
and loses its supple quality. It begins to get loose and sometimes
becomes even painful. The decrease of bloodpressure and the expansion
of the fatty layer causes restrictions in the lymphatic system and
creates tumescence.
The natural origin -- hereditary will always have its say. The
negative hormonal treatment of estrogen is also one of the dispositional
and evolving factors. (Estrogen blocks the natural function of vitamin
C which prevents ageing of the body, burns folic acid – an invaluable
element from the group of B vitamins, it disturbs vitamin B2 and
B12 needed for the treatment of skin diseases, acts against vitamin
E, which supports blood circulation, and against vitamin B6 which
clears the retention of tissue fluids). This is why celulitis does
not appear within the male population.
Celulitis develops similarly to varicose vains in the three basic
periods in the lifespan of a woman going through hormonal changes.
These phases are the following:
Puberty, the first and following menses (around the age of 16)
Pregnancy, the use of hormonal anticonception (around the age
of 24)
Climacterium – the period of menopause, the use of hormonal substitution
(around the age of 46)
In addition, it depends on the supporting causing factors. The
main factor is an incorrect diet together with insufficient movement,
insufficient sexual activity and an unsuitable diet regime.
The treatment procedure of cellulitis
Preceding the treatment itself is a checkup on the basis of which
a healing program is prepared. This program is adapted to each individual.
The best current technology, the modern machine of the Cellu
M6 generation is used for treatment.
The principle of treatment is the disturbing of the cellulitic
tissue, the fragmentation and division of fatty units followed by
lymphodrenage and the stimulation of regenerational processes.
This is accomplished by a special form of massage provided by
the device. The cutaneous fold is brought into a special working
chamber. This “ironing and vacuuming effect” of the device is composed
of two rollers placed against each other, both rolling in opposite
direction. The direction and speed of the rolling action can be
altered according to the chosen program.
The basis of the treatment is:
The disturbing of the binding fibriotic belts which contract
the skin into the form of orange peel
The increase in veinal blood supply and lymphatic circulation
The disturbing of the celulitic fatty tissue together with the
gathered toxins and thus its liquidation by a following lymphodrenage
The stimulation of the collagene and elastic threads
The expansion of the vascular – veinal level
Treatment projecting deep into the muscular area, which is thus
stimulated
The required results:
The reduction of cellulitis
The improvement of quality and flexibility of skin – smoothening,
tightening and subtleing effects
The remodelling of the body
The reduction of bodily weight – slimming
Guarantees a sense of well-being and relaxation
The treatment is constructed of 10-12 procedures, each of around
3-5 minutes long in an interval of two times a week. Once the treatment
is finished a checkup is made with the evaluation and recommendation
of further treatment.
The whole treatment procedure take 10-15 visits
