The book is sent by priority mail as a
registered letter.
Please allow up to 28 days delivery (though it should be considerably less).
Other methods of payment:
1) British customers can pay by UK bank cheque. These should be made payable to: C. McLenehan and sent to: 32 Blenheim Road, Orpington, Kent BR6 9BG.
2) For the rest of the world, excluding Germany, cash sent by registered post at your own risk is the best option. International Money Orders which result in the exact amount at the receiver’s end are also possible. These should be made payable to C. McLenehan. Please check the latter carefully. Money orders which result in high bank charges at this end cannot be accepted. Neither can personal cheques from non-UK banks. These will be returned to you. Orders should be sent to: C.
