Video of spectrum rights/reforms panel at Aspen Summit now online

A video recording has been put online showing a 90-minute discussion of radio spectrum rights and reforms at the recent Aspen Summit on "Building a Digital Ownership Society: The Place for Property and Commons." View it by clicking here. The 23 August panel was titled "Property Rights in the Air: Approaches to Spectrum Reform." It featured the following discussants:

• Michael Gallagher, Director, (US) National Telecommunications and Information Administration
