Décision ANRT/DG/N°07/03 (25 December 2003, in French): radio LANs can use the ISM bands and 5150-5250 MHz indoors without a license. This was amended by ANRT Decision N°08/04 (29 July 2004) which specified 20 locations where the "free use" of RLANs was not permitted in the 2.4 GHz band, including the cities of Casablanca, Marrakech, Rabat and Fès. But that Decision has now disappeared from the ANRT website, implying that it is no longer in force.

[The 2400-2843.5 MHz band is allocated to free use and exploitation by portable and low-power devices conforming to ANRT decisions.] Footnote MRC34 of Morocco's National Frequency Plan, adopted in 2004.
