"Pravilnik o uslovima koriščenja radio frekvencijskih opsega za implementaciju bežičnih pristupnih sistema uključujući lokalne radio mreže (WAS/RLAN)" (Regulation on conditions for using the radiofrequency bands for wireless access systems including radio local area networks) 1 July 2005, in Serbian: "Frekvencijski opsezi 2,4GHz i 5GHz su u slobodnom režimu..." (the 2.4 and 5 GHz frequency bands are under a free regime), but outdoor WLANs must be registered and licenses are needed for offering telecommunication services to the public.
