  "The Albanian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (ERT) has allocated unlicensed radio-frequency spectrum for use by wireless technologies, which are available for indoor and outdoor use. Currently there are no legal barriers to the deployment of Wi-Fi technology within these bands. The majority of the wireless ISPs use the 2.4 GHz band with antenna power of 4 watts. Because of the low bandwidth and [transmitter power limits], users experience interference from television station broadcasts using higher bandwidth and more powerful transmitters.
