My momentarily most liked Star Wars character is: Grand Moff Wilhuf Tarkin

(I like him most despite the fact, that he wanted to destroy Emperor Palpatine and become Emperor himself, after the destruction of the Rebels)

The Emperor had of course foreseen this possibility and his agents watched Tarkin very closely, being always ready to terminate him immediately in case of danger to the Emperor or to the planet Coruscant.

My momentarily most hated Star Wars character: Jar Jar Binks (R.I.P.)
