
. Exhaust piping
New, copy of the original, heat converter for heating system included.
Heat converter is made of new pressing pieces, all part for switching "summer-winter"
included. Piping and heat converter nickel coated.
Exhaust
Original, sand-blasted, aluminum coated, black painting for exhausts.
Air filter
Cylindrical housing new made of stainless steel, both lids new made of
brass. Locking mechanism original, zinc coated. Holder for the filter with the
hose new from polished brass. Rubber clutch between air filter and carburetor
new.
Steel cover of the engine
Original, repaired, zinc coated, painted (black).
Gear box
Original, new gear for reverse gear, engagement gear new, new bearings,
rubber sealing (Gurefo), needle bearings. Sealing areas of gear box housing
grinded, lid as well.
Gear box and rear wheels drive connection
Not original cardan with the shock absorber. This part (designed by me)
is replacing two "Hardy clutch", which had apparently high breakdown rate. This
new part is made of two cardan crosses with the possibility of axial movement
and one original "Hardy clutch", which in this case has a role to absorb the
impact of engine only. Because of this there is a lower stress in comparison
with the original solution. This technical solution is professionally executed,
made of high quality materials (crosses INA). All is cemented and hardened,
zinc coated. All movable parts are covered by rubber sleeves. Rotation parts
are balanced. This part has connection dimension absolutely same as a original
part, that is why there is no problem to replace it.
Rear axle
All renovated, new bearings, rubber sealing (Gufero). Castings sand-blasted,
painted.
Leaf springs
Both leaf springs are new, exact copy of original parts. Material spring
steel, hardened by company Walter (aircraft company).
Front axle
All bearings (antifriction and sliding) are new. Swing arm hard chrome
coated and grinded.
Shock absorbers
The front are original, totally renovated. Rear ones are new, not original.
Steering
Original, without gap. Steering rod original. Steering wheel original.
Brakes
Main brake cylinder new not original (Trabant), however very similar as
an original. The front brake cylinders new not original (Škoda Felicia). The
rear brake cylinder original, repaired. Braking jaws with the new glued facing.
Braking hoses new, piping new (two layers, covered by black plastic).
Pedals levers
Set of pedals in an interior (brake, clutch, gas) on a new hard chrome
coated and grinded axle. Levers under the car new or repaired, zinc coated.
Metal cord and cord housings new. Speedometer drive new. Levers for gear selecting
new, additional item in comparison with the original - rubber absorbers for
lower abrasion of lever pins. Two-rod lever has additional greasing point and
bronze bearings. The interior gear lever original, fully renovated.
Lighting
The front main lighting - new silver coating, frames new chrome coating.
Back lights original, renovated. Blinkers original. One additional back fog
light (to be in line with the local legislation requirements).
Dash board
Absolutely original, fully renovated.
Electrical installation
Completely new, terminal board original, regulation relay new not original.
Battery new, maintenance free "Delco".
Wheels
Tyres new, however different size 5,00x10 (original 4,80x10, available
on the market - Goodrich). Wheel disks original, sand-blasted and painted. Wheel
lids new, copy of the original shape, made of brass, chrome coated with the
BMW label.

New, copy of the original
Frame
Sand-blasted, repaired, zinc coated, painted (black)
Body
Sand-blasted till the window level (from window level up there was no rust
at all), body-floor and all rusty parts exchanged. Underbody painted with special
hit absorbing paint, inner body has anti-resonance stickers, access doors to
engine room are equipped with door-joints and opening limiter (joints and limiter
are additional items - not original), painted.
Roof
Construction completely renovated, nickel coated, area on the car body,
where in contact with the closing mechanism covered with the stainless steel
sheet, canvas new.
Front
doors joints
Bushed with the bronze bushings, stainless steel pins, joints chrome coated.
Windows mechanisms
Push buttons for side windows new made of brass, chrome coated, frames
polished only.
Windows rubbers
All original, velvet replaced with the new one.
Windows
All original.
Luggage holder
Chrome coated, new cords (twines).
Side
and inner mirrors
Holding rods new, other only chrome coated. Because of the legislation
requirements, side mirror on the right side as well. Inner mirror - holder chrome
coated, the rest only polished.
Wiper and wiper engine
Wiper reassembled, chrome coated, new pins made of stainless steel, rubber
on wiper original. Engine completely renovated.
Drivers
window water spray
New improvement, not original. Reserve canister in engine room behind the
left back wheel, push button under the dash board, jet in the middle of doors.
Upholstery
Seat frames renovated, black painting. Upholstery new, including seats,
car sides panels, front door panel, engine door panel, including paper carton.
New carped on the floor
Carburetor
Original Bing - milled slider hole, new slider, milled contacting area
of cover lid. Lid for float part new (original Bing). All jets new (original
Bing). Fuel filter - new - not original.
Engine
New items purchased in Germany - cylinder, piston, piston rings, piston
pin, crankshaft pin, chain tensioner, centrifugal regulator of advance. New
items made by me - sprocket wheels (cementing steel - hardened), valve guides
(new not original modification - sealing rubber rings for valve guides), valves,
baring cover, connection rod (made of the original forging). New ball bearings
and sealing rubber rings (Gufero). Specialized company done the assembly of
crankshaft, renovation of gear oil pump, pressed new valve guides into the cylinder
head and modified valve seat. Rocker arms - new metal added via welding, cutted.
Contact area of cylinder head milled. All flat sealings new, timing shaft original.
Starter armature completely renovated, starter coils new impregnationed, all
carbon brushes new.

Bumpers
Both are new based on the rusty originals, chrome coated, inner room painted
on top.
Front
doors lock
Completely renovated, door handle hole bushed with brass, parts nickel
coated. Door handle coating only polished, nickel coating original.
